I have ordered several items from the Emergency Essentials catalog and now they have a website that is very helpful. www.BePrepared.com There are suggestions on what to store and how to use it including lots of recipes. They do have wheat and if you order over 200 pounds it doesn't look like it would cost too much to ship.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
